The Cottage has a bathroom where the ceiling is susceptible to mould due to condensation accumulating. A ceiling vent fan should be installed to ensure this does not occur.

Ideally, it would be situated above the shower and have a soft warm light that makes showering more comfortable (as opposed to the harsh cold white main room light).
