Level Lily Pad to fix water drainage issues

Description

Rain has shown that the Lily Pad created in T109: Create Lily Pad using earthworks has drainage issues and the rain currently channels water over the fill-edge, not the natural material that was cut. This is an erosion issue and needs to be fixed before long, as the edge being eroded will lose ground material and eventually cause a hazard.

The move to "work done" was accidental. This task is underway. In a discussion today, @Lilith has informed me that Steve Henderson has quoted roughly $300 for levelling the pad to fix the drainage issues.
