Plant the side-banks of the Lily Pad for erosion control

Description

Plant trees, lily pillys and other plants to hold the bank of the Lily Pad, which is currently made of fill from the Lily Pad earthworks done in T109: Create Lily Pad using earthworks.

This will also help compensate for the foliage removed during the earthworks to create the Lily Pad.
