Fix Cottage bidet water leak

Description

The bidet attached to the Cottage toilet has a small water leak (water from the house, nothing unsanitary).

This leak should be fixed to save water. Some bathroom and kitchen silocone sealant has been added, but it does not fully prevent the leak.

The Cottage bidet has been removed.

We should probably return it to Dinmore if @Anita wants it :)
