Clean up around Friend Tent

Description

The Friend Tent was previously lined with carpet. This made some mud and the feral pigs have trundled all through the mud, dug it up, moved the carpets, and made the whole area look like a mess.

Please fix the whole area, cleaning around the Friend Tent (and inside, in case anyone wants to use it), including re-erecting the Friend Tent sign.

Note the Friend Tent sign was sufficiently destroyed by the weather that it was not put up again. It will be fixed in T74: Finish initial Tiny Village signage.
