Clear grass around the first intersection to lower dam road

Description

The grass around the lower dam road is a little off-putting for people. Best mow it, use a brushcutter, or at least push/fold it out of the way.

I cut the majority of the grass in the area with the ride-on mower, but I think it's best to come back with the scythe and clean up overhanging grass so it doesn't whack cars driving through.

We have folded back the overhanging grass now, which is sufficient for the event :)
