Install vent fan above Cottage bathroom shower

Description

Install a light-fan combination device in the ceiling above the Cottage bathroom shower, so that it provides a warm light (not cold light) so it can vent out condensation to prevent ceiling mould (and replace the lamp that is in the shower as a warm light source).
