The Tiny Village should already have a wheelie-bin composting toilet since T151: Create wheelie bin composting toilet for Tiny Village, but it should have additional backups to have a rotational system while the filled ones are breaking down into soil.

Agreed, although a third one might be useful for @Lara's hut, I guess we could deal with that when it happens.
