Description

The inner walls and utility room in The Cottage prevent a good breeze flow and open use of the space available. Remove these inner walls (potentially leaving structural beams where necessary, which may become chin-up beams).

Create dates for renovation: (I'm available anytime from the 23rd).
Organise carpenter for initial inspection:
Day 1: Clear out renovation area and remove all landfill in and around cottage (decide whether to use skip or trailer).
Start demolition.
Day 2: Finished demolition. Patch walls and ceiling.
Day 3: Paint and re-decorate.
