Fix the metal bar on the back of the Gorgon

Description

The metal back carrying bar, which was wobbly, has broken off The Gorgon. Reattach it in a way that is not wobbly so the Gorgon can be used to carry 6+ metre lengths over the top again.

Install new bolts, or, weld it to the frame it had been attached to.

Consider adding triangular cross-support so that carrying heavy loads does not bend the top bar as much.
