Description

Use the blue drum, add a tap, and fill with water so it can become an anaerobic composter to destroy invasive species without allowing them to grow.

This bin has been made and appears to be working, but the blue lid needs to be found and then attached in a way that keeps the flap sealed.

The lid can be done under T225: Create lid for blue anaerobic composter (maybe hinged). This anaerobic composter is sufficiently functional to close this issue :)
