Clean cottage gutters and install wire grate

Description

Clean the gutters so water from rain flows (and so there is no fire safety issue when it is dry).

Install wire grate over the gutter so that it is much easier to clean in the future, and so that muck doesn't go down the drainpipe, potentially blocking it.
