Description

Create outdoor headstand stool using a tyre and metal bars cemented into the ground. Perhaps need to fill the tyre with sand bags or such to stop it warping during use, for extra stability, and to keep out spiders.

Fixed mistake (this issue has not been done). Apparently dragging issues in the mobile view of Phabricator is buggy and does not work (causes them to be moved to the final workboard column).
