## Notes from the discussion
- As last meeting was last Thursday, not too much to report - Timotheos has made lots of progress in cleaning & rat proofing Cottage
- Last meeting was more a capacity check-in which was good for feeling more on track/aligned.
- Focus has been on cleaning Cottage, next steps for QCAT dam money haven't been taken, progress is happening on remaining seedlings from working bee but Hannah and Dylan have committed to some additional planting work this week
- Project categories were assigned as follows:
- Governance - @Elle
- Site design - @Timotheos
- Site maintenance - @Dylan
- Community outreach - @Hannah
- Food & production - @Emily (tentatively as she was not in meeting)
- Residents & cleaning - @Kane (not confirmed)
- Group agreed that having a map of areas to be maintained by particular residents would be helpful in expectation setting
- Anita offered to help Timotheos with some website, server and email list maintenance
## Actionables
