- Review the [[/project/view/6/|overall workboard]].
- Set tasks and plans for this week.
## Additional Agenda (was discussed)
- Added some project tags to the meeting template. More complete tags to follow in coming weeks.
- Splitting the latest (extraordinary) electricity bill:
- The bill was $1,439.33
- Number of tenants using electricity (who haven't prepaid bill) is 5 (@Hannah has been prepaying this with rent)
- If we split the bill directly between 5, it comes to $287.87 each
- If we say a 'reasonably included in rent' bill was $600 ($100 per person per quarter) and then split the additional beyond that, we end up with ($1,439.33 - $600) / 5 = $167.87 each
## Additional Agenda (not discussed)
- It was previously discussed about having a monthly 'bigger meeting', do we still want to do this, and limit the regular meetings to check-ins and weekly updates on important or time-sensitive topics?
- Further discussing the [[ philosophy/residential-agreement/ ]].
- Hannah's move and Secretary position were mentioned in [[meetings/2023-06-26/]] but still not actioned, so bringing this to attention again.
- The Fire Safety Plan was mentioned in [[meetings/2023-06-26/]] but still not actioned, so bringing this to attention again:
- Residential agreements about grass maintenance, create task for @Timotheos to draw this up and submit to [[ property/ ]]
- Testing that fire alarms are working in all domiciles
- Cleaning:
- Plan is to clean out fridge 2 of the Cottage and use it as vegetable storage. Selecting a day to do this. Does anyone have anything in there or should it all be thrown out?
- When are we scheduling time to clean the hallway?
- Other groups to put in [[ community/ ]] and potentially contact:
- [Farm Transitions Australia](https://www.farmtransitionsaustralia.org) which may have information about starting vegan farming from scratch
- [Container of Dreams](http://www.containerofdreams.org/) in regards to quick dwellings and tiny homes
- Grants that exist:
- [Australian Ethical Visionary Grants](https://www.australianethical.com.au/foundation/visionary-grants/) including "Sustainable food systems and land use (e.g. reducing food waste + miles, increasing plant-rich diets and alternative proteins, protecting natural ecosystems)."
- [Voiceless - Grants Program](https://voiceless.org.au/grants-criteria/)
- [Growing Future Tourism](https://www.dtis.qld.gov.au/tourism/funds/growing-future-tourism)
- [Horticultural Netting Grant](https://grantguru.com/au/grant/horticultural-netting-program-qld) up to 50% of the cost for netting fruit trees and such
