All present were happy with this nomination. ## Actionables [] Get 'exact' maintenance cost / sewerage and also remember that the maintenance cost is not fully exact. [] Create a residential map for maintenance areas as an amendment to lease agreements. [] Reword the lease agreements and create a sign-able document. [] Identify fire safety priority zones (see previous threads about fire loops). [] Draft next meeting notes will be about tidying off lease agreements and larger fire safety plan.
