## Attendees
Present:
- @Timotheos
- @Kane
- @emily
- @maclean
- @Owen
## Agenda
- Personal check-in.
- Ensuring we all have a shared sense of progress :)
- Discussions about residential agreements and collective grocery shopping (toilet paper, organics, etc.).
- Cleaning up [[ map/cottage/ ]]:
- Organising @Kane's and others' possessions.
- There appears to be mice here again.
- Review the [[ projects/earthmoving/ ]] priorities, especially noting:
- the creek is now essentially stripped of its previously-established life (although @Timotheos saw a single fish in the bathing pool).
- the landslide that broke the road connection to Lemon Hill.
- the landslide near the dam area.
- There will be a seed collecting workshop and a native plant propagating workshop at Kumbartcho.
- @maclean's proposal to build a shed on the Lily Pad.
- Further discussions about space, sheds and storage.
- Discussion about the earthmoving dispute.
- Land For Wildlife Grant: VCP Grant Acquittal form 2021/22 - Due by: 31 May 2022, 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
- @Timotheos will coordinate with Jaye about using this grant to plant an area.
- Probably organise a work bee to clear between the creek and the Festival Flat, then pick up more weed matting, and do a proper planting.
## Notes from the discussion
- We should ratify a membership process, especially considering @Owen would like to become a member.
- Discussions about solar panels and @Owen's shed.
- Pineapple Shed quick fix, then use that as prototype for the larger future Community Shed (which needs earthmoving).
- (@maclean wants a place to feel secure and have ownership of)
- Meeting approved the refund to @Timotheos for the money spent on the plants - receipt will be scanned.
- @maclean proposed to create a separate Firestone Sanctuary Incorporated credit union / bank account. We discussed and agreed that we should create a new account for the organisation, separate to the ones currently held by @Timotheos.
## Later
- Follow-up on previous meeting notes [[ meetings/2022-02-14/ ]].
- Review the [[/project/view/6/|overall workboard]] and set tasks for this week.
- Discussions about projects going forward (will be clean-up to start with, but this can be discussed again in further meetings.
