A flat could be created and a water tank could be added on the space between the pineapple shed and the festival flat. This would mean that water would be available for festival goers and tiny homes. Overflow could spill into the dam (under the road)

After adding the water tank in {T8}, install the plumbing and guttering so the water tank is usable :)
