Why

It is important for collaborators to have an understanding of the mission of the Sanctuary and how that needs to translate in terms of their conduct.

Collaborators need to know the standards they will give to and receive from other collaborators. This is to ensure everyone feels safe in the collaboration space, including visitors.

The Sanctuary needs to outline these expectations so that the mission is not jeopardised by misaligned conduct.
