Actions

Designate roles as to who will do what from the lists below:

Fresh drinking water & fire safety

• check there is fresh drinking water available & well signed
• check the pump is ready to put out a fire if needed

Safety

• General safety check
• Remove any stinging wasp nests in common areas
• Check any holes in festival areas are signposted or filled

Composting toilet

• check the toilet is not full or near full
• check the sink and drainage, everything is secure, door shuts properly
• check there is sufficient toilet paper
• check there is sufficient wood shavings / grass clippings in the bucket, to throw in after each use
• check there is sufficient water and hand soap

Mowing

• all areas used for parking
• all areas used for camping
• all areas that the blue power extension cables pass through
• the Festival Flat (mow early enough so there is not too much cut grass to stick to people's feet)
• around the front signs so that the Firestone Sanctuary welcome sign is visible

Signage

• walk around and check for damaged signs, replace any looking shabby
• signage for snake bite kit / medical / fire plan

Weather

• check the weather
• ensure shade/shelter is set up, for sun or rain

Entertainment

• Set up gazebos
• Check firewood supply is sufficient and dry
• Check live music or organise music speaker
• Check we have planned any food being shared to attendees
