• @Timotheos didn't have much to add since last meeting, believing the actionables still stand as per the meeting notes (he used up most of his free time on a family trip and personal self-organisation).
• @Lara has kindly made some headway on the earthmoving dispute QCAT case, as per #earthmoving on Discord
• @Jacinta and @Dylan have been having much success with species IDs at the Sanctuary
• Discussions about a better species-logging system
• Updates again on next work bee plans

Notes from the discussion

• Quite a productive meeting, even though there was not a lot of agenda items this time
• @maclean has got a set of 2 cheap metre-high shelves to bring up
• @maclean also noted that we should get some cheap rivet-together 3 metre by 3 metre sheds from a hardware store to be used to store things from The Cottage, e.g. items that are currently in the Craft Room, or storage for tools
• Lara come up and look at locations for her quick cabin build project on the 22nd January 2022
• We discussed various earthmoving ideas further

Actionables

• Clean out Peter's office room in The Cottage
• Obtain more cheap shelving from a hardware store
• @Dylan is doing a Bunnings trip on the 20th January, so @Timotheos will prepare an online click-and-collect order for him to pick up
• Investigate cost-effectiveness of small kit sheds to become storage space
• Potentially fix / tighten the warped shelves at the back of the Cottage, so they can be used
• The Cottage whirlybirds are a priority to purchase and organise
• Create Firestone Sanctuary collaborator uploads shared folder on Dropbox (generally anyone is allowed to write to this, but it should ideally be kept empty, with everything copied out to the read-only safer Tresorit one)
• Create Firestone Sanctuary media shared folder on Tresorit (generally read-only access for everyone, but write access for Trusted Contributors)
• @Timotheos will attempt to set up the projector in preparation for the movie night
• Add to Earthmoving task list page:
  • fix the fiveways near lower shed
  • the "canyon" in the driveway just before the Sanctuary gate (which is on neighbour-Peter's property, just in front of Dana's house)
  • fix the whole shared driveway
• Clear grass around the Sanctuary driveway to be able to set up levels
• Rename @DylanReo to @Dylan on this Phabricator instance to reduce confusion
• Follow up on previous meeting actionables
• Transcribe all non-trivial actionables into tasks on the workboard
