• Discussions about Turnstyle closing 23rd February and @Elle searching for a place to stay.
• Kane's lease also expires at the end of February.
• Sanctuary having room for people and storage is becoming a high priority.
• @maclean will apply for approved volunteer organisation status, which will allow people to volunteer for the organisation to meet Centrelink requirements, as well as allow us to provide "work for the doll" courses alongside TAFE organisations (e.g. horticulture, programming).
• @Elle is looking for a caravan or movable home.

• @Timotheos to finish residential / trailer park agreements and all residents to review and agree in writing.
• @maclean mentioned that Ahmed and Grete said they had a second caravan in NSW: would they be willing to loan/sell etc. to help Elle?
• Time to start setting a date for the next work bee, as there should be one in February.
• @Dylan informed us that he should be picking up the ride-on mower soon.
• The sleeping space situation is becoming more urgent.
• Elle is keen to come out on the Maleny ecovillage trip, when we do that.

Actionables

• @Timotheos to post / serve the earthmoving dispute QCAT documents to Rob Packer.
• @Timotheos to sign, in front of a Justice of the Peace, the affidavit about having served the letter.
• @maclean will apply for approved volunteer organisation status (planned for Monday 7th February).
• @Timotheos to try to clean out the craft room as a sleep space soon again, using the newly-acquired shelves to organise contents.
