- Cleaning up The Cottage:
- Organising @Kane's and others' possessions.
- There appears to be mice here again.
- Review the Earthmoving task list priorities, especially noting:
- the creek is now essentially stripped of its previously-established life (although @Timotheos saw a single fish in the bathing pool).
- the landslide that broke the road connection to Lemon Hill.
- the landslide near the dam area.
- There will be a seed collecting workshop and a native plant propagating workshop at Kumbartcho.
- @maclean's proposal to build a shed on the Lily Pad.
- Further discussions about space, sheds and storage.
- Discussion about the earthmoving dispute.
- Land For Wildlife Grant: VCP Grant Acquittal form 2021/22 - Due by: 31 May 2022, 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
- @Timotheos will coordinate with Jaye about using this grant to plant an area.
- Probably organise a work bee to clear between the creek and the Festival Flat, then pick up more weed matting, and do a proper planting.

- We should ratify a membership process, especially considering @Owen would like to become a member.
- Discussions about solar panels and @Owen's shed.
- Pineapple Shed quick fix, then use that as prototype for the larger future Community Shed (which needs earthmoving).
- (@maclean wants a place to feel secure and have ownership of)
- Meeting approved the refund to @Timotheos for the money spent on the plants - receipt will be scanned.
- @maclean proposed to create a separate Firestone Sanctuary Incorporated credit union / bank account. We discussed and agreed that we should create a new account for the organisation, separate to the ones currently held by @Timotheos.
- @Emily and @Owen to be allocated scribes for next meeting :)

- Review the overall workboard and set tasks for this week.
- Discussions about projects going forward (will be clean-up to start with, but this can be discussed again in further meetings.

- @Owen look at the panels in the upper shed to determine what inverter, batteries et c. are needed

- @Timotheos call up council about a free plant voucher, as per instructions linked to from T43: Obtain free plants from council.
- focus for next week is generally cleaning up the area
- Kane and Peter sorting the upper shed to clear space for more dry storage

- book time this weekend to discuss space planning
- Make the space nicer for @maclean's temporary location (e.g. spinning his caravan around).
