• Define roles of the governing committee (chairperson, secretary, treasurer)
• Discuss opening of a bank account & authorised persons to operate the account & number of signatories
• Next steps on bank (signatories to complete 'Addition of Party' forms & sign association membership application)

Notes from the discussion

• Our treasurer (Peter) passed away this year
• Acting treasurer Emily reported that the monthly $1 rent payment was made, from cash donations (petty cash), but no other financial transactions took place.
• Membership secretary Lara reported that the current list of members is in Discord.
• Jeremy raised that he would like to apply for membership and will be approved next meeting.
• Office bearers to meet every 4 months.
• Timotheos Aster Firestone was nominated as Chairperson by Tara. This was seconded by Eloise.
• Emily nominated Eloise Laura Telford as Secretary. This was seconded by Tara.
• Bradly John Cini was nominated by Eloise as Treasurer. This was seconded by Timotheos.
• Elle proposed that Firestone Sanctuary Incorporated create a bank account with Heritage and that all three office bearers have full access to new bank account without the need for approval. This was seconded by Emily.
