• A CLT (community land trust) advocacy group, Grounded Advocacy, are talking about governance and community process in a free webinar on Wednesday night.

Actionables

• Reviewing Planning for New Animal Acquisitions so that everyone has agreement about it.
• Put together some notes about in #fs-governance about what we want to include in the sublease agreements (including adapting main points from RTA forms, and including content from existing lease to Firestone Sanctuary Incorporated in the main lease).
• Add the Collaborator Agreement content to sublease agreements.
• Brad to check that the draft sublease agreements include periodic terms so that they can be ended at short notice if people need to leave.
• Make composting toilet more accessible - dig it lower so the seat isn't so high up.
• Follow up on previous meeting notes.
• Transcribe all non-trivial actionables into tasks on the workboard.
