meeting about lease agreements and residents commitments (fire safety) 5th september~ long duration meeting
everyone agrees that fire safety is important and a shared commitment
financial contribution~ what does everyone agree to contribute? our process is to start with the principles we agree upon, and then spreadsheet the financial limitations, what's fair, how many residents we want and other concerns
activity and responsibility and roles (time, what each individual likes to contribute to spend their time)~ what are our expectations?
separating the principle of individual residential responsibility vs contributing to aspects of the project overall
rental agreement change will be an unhurried change as flexibility needs to be included in the agreement🐌

agreements on general expectations and dynamic offerings based on individuals
