- @Timotheos was nominated to be the official Safety Officer for Firestone Sanctuary Incorporated: @Kari proposed it, @Hannah as Secretary seconds it, @Dylan thirds it. All present were happy with this nomination.
Actionables
- Get 'exact' maintenance cost / sewerage and also remember that the maintenance cost is not fully exact.
- Create a residential map for maintenance areas as an amendment to lease agreements.
- Reword the lease agreements and create a sign-able document.
- Identify fire safety priority zones (see previous threads about fire loops).
- Draft next meeting notes will be about tidying off lease agreements and larger fire safety plan.
- All remaining previous meeting actionables to become issues on the workboard(s).
- Transcribe all non-trivial actionables into tasks on the workboard.
