For the entire Cottage, except for the Utility Room (the odd small room containing the Milk Fridge), clean and organise all of it.

It should be minimal, neat, organised, clutter-free and ready to downsize if @Timotheos wants to move out into something smaller (and rent it to a family, perhaps).
