The Sanctuary satellite NBN Internet connection is not very good for video calls, teleconferencing, remote desktop and other high-fidelity Internet use cases. Decreasing the latency will allow for the Sanctuary to be more communicable with the outside world, especially for those who require high-speed Internet to work remotely.
