• Status of Residential Agreement / Land Lease agreement (especially in regards to @Lilith moving in)
• Updates on earthmoving plans
• EVA has a proforma here which would be interesting to pull out the relevant terms for the Sanctuary.
• At some point, it would be useful making formal contact (again) with EVA.

Notes from the discussion

• Lot 1 being developed next door might impact on the privacy and mission of the project
  • Discuss our intentions with those Lot 1 neighbours
  • @maclean will write up thoughts on mutually beneficial offers to Lot 1 neighbours
  • Discuss with Ray and Sharon about building a relationship
• @maclean was going to look into Regional Australia Bank (as the Firestone Sanctuary accounts are currently with that bank)
