Create a Collaborator's Pledge for every volunteer and member to sign.

These will be scanned and uploaded to the server for backup.

There should be wording that includes a necessity for self-reflection, openness to criticism, ownership of behavioural issues, and accepting the community leader's interpretation of events.

Include any agreements for

• ensuring "squatter's rights" don't apply, to effectively govern the space (they are collaborators and not squatters)
• ensuring any temporary assignment of space to collaborators is clear
• ensuring it is a contract with behavioural standards and grounds for dismissal
• allowing an extra space to add additional agreements
