I have started making the ceramic plaque for this, and I am thinking on using black concrete as the border around it :)

After opening the screw on the carburettor and starting it like that, it seemed to clear out whatever had occurred (maybe the carburettor had been flooded by my tilting the engine). Turned fuel off, opened carburettor screw, started, stopped (no fuel), replaced carburettor screw, turned fuel on, started engine fine :)
I have sat on the chairs and they work :)
I've finished fixing both chairs. I'll order some more wood screws. All red chairs should be safe to sit on, now!

I have begun this. I have cut the bottom wood for the first of the two broken chairs, so all it needs is attachment using a few screws.
I have tested the scythe by cutting grass around the house and it appears to work correctly.
The scythe was in the upper shed. I have fixed it using the short-term solution: cutting the broken part of the snath and reattaching the blade to the end.
Actually, I bypassed the need to fix the screw holders by simply holding the bolt tightly with pliers while tightening the nut with the ratchet/socket wrench. This seems to have worked.

I just tried changing the blades now. Three of four blades were easy to remove, one required angle-grinding to remove.

Fixed mistake (this issue has not been done). Apparently dragging issues in the mobile view of Phabricator is buggy and does not work (causes them to be moved to the final workboard column).
Previous move was a slip of the mouse, sorry.

Note the Friend Tent sign was sufficiently destroyed by the weather that it was not put up again. It will be fixed in T74: Finish initial Tiny Village signage.
This was kindly done by Adam before the event :)
The Festival Flat sign was put up.
Note that Taeben's father might have access to a pipe-metal-bending device that we might be able to borrow to make a very heavy duty scythe handle.
I am not currently sure where this scythe is located...
The chain has jumped off the chainsaw during operation. It was getting quite stretchy. It is likely time to purchase a new chain for the chainsaw. At the very least, it needs tightening up again.
The move to "work done" was accidental. This task is underway. In a discussion today, @Lilith has informed me that Steve Henderson has quoted roughly $300 for levelling the pad to fix the drainage issues.
Extension cables are running from the Cottage to the lower shed (at least, the metal twin boxes, for now, which is very close).
We have now a tall metal ladder, probably too tall and thin for cleaning the Cottage gutters, but suitable for affixing to the lower shed (Pineapple shed) to repair its roof.

I have reviewed the talk. I think I'd like to record it again, but, first, split it into two talks: one about the Sanctuary itself, one about the overall worldwide issues and what to do about it, with how the Sanctuary fits in to that.

Ryan has now merged the better quality audio with the video and uploaded them together. Did he send you the link?
